Shipping policy

Our standard ground mail service is facilitated through carriers such as Gojavas, BlueDart, Aramex, Ecom, and IndiaPost. Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours during regular business days.

We aim to deliver your order promptly, typically within 2-3 working days post-dispatch in A-1 and A-2 Metros, including New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, and Hyderabad. For other cities, expect delivery between 2-5 business days. Please note that ground shipping may take slightly longer than air couriers, with orders typically arriving between 5-7 business days post-dispatch. Deliveries to remote areas, such as the North East, may require additional time, possibly up to 7 business days or more, depending on geographical constraints.

Please note that shipments are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Arrival dates and times are not guaranteed and are subject to the courier partner's schedule and the delivery location.
